The Decimator

Burn FLIP for a weighted chance at a futurepool-funded jackpot. Ordinary Decimators allocate 10% of the futurepool; x00 rounds allocate 30%. A burn is final, and only the randomly selected subbucket in each odds tier shares the pool.

The numbers

Fires at x05, x15, …, x85 of each cycle (not x95), plus every x00 century
Entry window Opens one level before the milestone
Entry Burn FLIP, 1,000 minimum
Pool 10% of the futurepool, 30% at x00
Payout 50% ETH, 50% lootbox credit
Burn weight 1.0x–~1.78x by activity score, until your weighted burn reaches 200,000 FLIP for the level

Your odds are your engagement

Every entrant lands in a bucket, and your chance of being on the winning side is one in your bucket number. Your activity score sets the bucket, and it only ever improves: burn again at a higher score and your whole position moves up.

Score to reach Bucket Win odds
0.00 12 8.3%
0.10 11 9.1%
0.30 10 10%
0.55 9 11.1%
0.85 8 12.5%
1.20 7 14.3%
1.80 6 16.7%
2.50 5 20%
3.00 4 · century only 25%
5.00 3 · century only 33.3%
10.00 2 · century only 50%

Normal milestones cap at bucket 5. Century Decimators unlock buckets 4–2. Winning players split the jackpot pro rata by effective burn weight; extra FLIP beyond the 200,000 boosted amount still counts at 1x.

Why it exists

FLIP has two very different sinks. During the redemption window, 1,000 FLIP buys one ticket for any wallet. A Decimator burn instead trades the token for a chance at ETH, with odds and effective weight improved by activity. It can pay more, pay less, or pay nothing; burning also permanently reduces FLIP supply.

Burning FLIP requires having FLIP.

Quests, referrals, and coinflip wins keep the pile growing.
